Wall Panelling
With a team of experienced upholsterers and skilled carpenters, we introduced the production of wall panels clad in fabric, leather and wood into our scope of works. As an accent feature, such decorative wall panels gained popularity in almost all sectors of the industry. The quality of the products along with the diversity in designs assisted in increasing the list of satisfied clients and established Marwan as a company that will always be specified by consultants.
Casegoods
Our foray into the manufacture of casegoods was due to the rising demand of quality furniture that can comply with custom design specifications yet meet international standards. A strategic combination of skilled workmen with state of the art technology complemented the vision set by Marwan to become renowned as a manufacturer that built ‘quality’ into every piece that was created.
Banquette Seating
Banquette seating is a very popular concept in sectors like hospitality, retail, F&B etc and custom manufacture of various designs in banquette seating is a specialty that we have perfected over the years. Virtually any design in straight benches, circular booths, American diner seating, wave seating, free standing benches etc have been produced by us for numerous clients. Marwan’s 35,000 sq. ft. of manufacturing facility is segregated strategically into different factions to enable an uninterrupted flow of production for optimum efficiency.
Upholstery & Foaming
The primary area of the facility is allotted to the upholstery & foaming division. Industrial sewing machines, electric foot press, fabric spreader and cutter system etc are some of the machinery that assists our upholsterers in their work. Manufacture of robust solid wood frames, high density foams in soft polyester padding, fully sprung bases etc are made in-house which in turn assists in quality control, easy access and on time completion of projects
Polishing
With dry paint booths accommodated within the facility, our paint specialists provide high quality polishing, painting, lacquering, buffing etc that enhances the final product to suit respective design specifics or client requirements.
Draperies
Being a specialist in contract & hospitality furnishings, we also offer window covering solutions as an additional service. Window treatments namely Venetian blinds, vertical blinds, wooden blinds, roman blinds, Austrian blinds, bunk bed curtains, fabric curtains in diverse styles such as French pleat curtains, rod pocket curtains, cafe curtains, valance curtains, tie back curtains etc have been successfully completed in many large and small scale projects. Our collection of international fabrics is an added advantage to the service and makes us a one stop shop for all window treatment requirements.
